A friend had recommended this place, so we were excited to check it out. The site said it was open, but when we got there, it was closed. Frustrating and felt like a waste of money and time.

I bought this after looking through the included attractions and planning our day around it, but the list ended up being off. A couple of the places we went to weren’t even accepting the pass, and another had totally different entry rules than what was shown. We wasted a bunch of time walking around and still had to pay out of pocket. Contacted support and they basically just sent me back to the website. Not helpful...

I didn’t understand the cancellation policy until it was already too late, which was really frustrating. The whole thing felt unclear from the start, and then I kept having to verify myself over and over just to get anywhere. By the end, it felt like a messy process that could’ve been handled much better. Not happy with the experience
"Customer service left me hanging"
I had a problem with my pass and reached out to The Sightseeing Pass a few times, but I never got a real response. After a while, my brain just filed it under “they’re not going to help,” because that’s what it felt like.
When you’re traveling, you need quick answers, not days of guessing and waiting. Maybe I’m judging based on one bad experience, but that’s enough for me, I wouldn’t use them again

I used sightseeingpass.com for our trip and, it did end up saving us some money overall. You do kind of need to check opening times and, you know, plan your day a bit, because otherwise I can see it maybe not being totally worth it. Some of the attractions were super easy to get into, which was nice. It wasn’t perfect or anything, but for the price, I was happy with it.

We waited around for the bus and it never came. Maybe we missed something, but it really felt like the whole thing was poorly organized. Ended up wasting most of the day, so I wouldn’t count on it.

There seemed to be a decent mix of the big popular spots and a few smaller places I probably wouldn’t have found otherwise. I do kind of wish they included a few more museums, but it was still a good choice for planning things to do.

Checkout was kind of weird for me, not a huge deal, but the payment didn’t go through the first time and I had that little moment of wondering if I did something wrong or if it was the site. Tried it again right after and it worked fine, so in the end it was okay, just a bit shaky.

"The digital tickets actually made things easy"
I used the Sightseeing Pass last week, it was much smoother than I expected. I always get a little nervous with digital tickets because I’ve had random QR codes decide not to work at the worst possible time, but these scanned perfectly every single time.
No printing, no digging through my inbox while people behind me silently judge me, none of that. I just pulled it up on my phone and showed it at the entrance. Side note, I also learned my phone battery drops way faster when I’m taking too many pictures of buildings I probably can’t identify later.
Overall, it made the trip feel a lot less stressful. I didn’t have to think about tickets much, which is kind of the dream when you’re already trying to figure out directions, lunch, and why comfortable shoes still somehow hurt. I’d definitely use it again.

I found the prices to be better than buying tickets one by one, which was a pleasant surprise. It’s probably worth checking out if you’re looking for a slightly more affordable option.

I’m really glad we got this because standing around in long lines always drains the fun out of the day for me. Being able to skip so much waiting just made everything feel more relaxed and enjoyable. It was one of those things where you don’t realize how much stress it saves until you’re actually there

The addresses were all spot on, which makes everything so much easier. I feel like stuff like this is usually a hassle, but I had no wrong turns, no confusion, and no wasted time at all. Finding each place was super easy.

I ran into issues using the pass at two different venues. The scanners wouldn’t accept it, and the staff seemed confused about what to do, so we ended up wasting a bunch of time trying to sort it out. it felt like more hassle than it was worth. Has anyone else had the same problem?

I bought this for a weekend trip thinking it would make things easy, but it ended up being kind of frustrating. A bunch of the places I actually wanted to visit weren’t available, and some needed reservations days in advance. A few were listed like they were included, but then I couldn’t actually use them. There were just too many extra steps to figure out what was really available, and it felt like I paid for options I didn’t really have.

I bought the pass through The Sightseeing Pass, the mobile app made the whole thing way more stressful than it needed to be. It kept logging me out, pages would take forever to load, and the map froze right when we were trying to figure out where to go next, which felt a little suspicious after paying for something that’s supposed to make sightseeing easier.
Some of the tickets wouldn’t even show up unless I refreshed the app over and over, sometimes like five times. That’s the last thing you want when you’re walking around with bad signal and trying not to waste your day. Maybe the pass itself is fine, but the app made me feel like I couldn’t really trust it.

"Confirmation email was slower than I expected"
I booked a pass in the morning and expected the confirmation email to show up pretty much right away, like it usually does with other tickets I buy online. Instead, I was sitting there waiting because I needed the QR code before leaving, and it made the whole thing more stressful than it needed to be.
The email finally came through after I reached out to support, and the pass worked fine once I had it. Compared to other booking systems I’ve used, though, this felt a lot less reliable, and I really wish the email delivery was quicker.

"Decent pass, but I wish the exclusions were clearer"
I used the pass for a few sights and overall it worked fine. No big issues there. But then later I realized a couple of exclusions weren’t as obvious as I thought, and I was kind of like, oh, wish I’d known that before buying. It’s not a bad pass at all, just a little frustrating when the limits aren’t super clear upfront
